We exist for every child in South Sudan.

Born from a belief that no child should be left behind.
The Chance Lodric Foundation (TCLF) was established with one driving conviction: that every child in South Sudan regardless of gender, economic background, or geographic location deserves access to quality education and the resources to build a meaningful future
We are a non-profit organisation rooted in South Sudan and dedicated to promoting children's rights through education, mentorship, vocational training, and advocacy. From Juba to the most remote communities in the country, our teams work alongside families, teachers, and local leaders to remove every barrier that keeps a child out of the classroom.
South Sudan faces some of the world's most acute education challenges — a legacy of conflict, poverty, gender inequality, and displacement. TCLF was founded to confront these challenges directly, one child at a time, until no child is excluded from the education they deserve.
